Managing Labour Law Compliances and its applicability, also ensuring compliance with central & state laws through comprehensive governance mechanism/control. Promoting the process improvement, standardization to drive efficiency and to increase service quality

Have experience & knowledge of Shops & Establishment Act, Factories Act, Contract Labour Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act and so on. Have handled government department liaisoning.

Our Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Labour Law Compliances and its applicability
  • Compliance with central & state laws
  • The annual schedule for regulatory notifications and filings
  • Security Benefits such as Provident Fund, ESIC, Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefits, Workman Compensation.
  • To maintain PR with Govt. Officials (Labour Authorities, CPFC, RPFC and ESIC, etc.)
  • Play pivotal role in Stake Holder Management Central Office, Circle Office, Circle/Central Legal, Finance, SCM and Govt. Offices
