Lead the Operational strategy to effectively utilize the service of Line function which includes regional managers, district managers and operations and fleet executives spread all over the state. Dedicated team members that handle calls, team leads / managers /quality personnel. In addition, the support functions of HR, Marketing, Technology, Quality, Finance, SCM need to be effectively and efficiently handled to achieve the organizational goals.
