  • Provide leadership and spearhead Sales & business development initiatives
  • Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive the team in the assigned region
  • Ability to nurture and grow future business interest
  • Explain value-proposition of Products & Services to the prospect clients
  • Initiatives in Market Intelligence, Partner Programs, Brand building, Participation in high level events.
  • Follow up on the accounts and pursue necessary sales and business development activities
  • Always ready to Travel to the assigned region
  • Handling a team of Managers and below.
  • Helping team to achieve their targets.
  • Responsible for Compliance and other issues related with the business.
